"My husband and I love coming to Saltgrass whenever we are in the Pearland area. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. Of course we always ask for our favorite waitress, Melanie, who does an outstanding job! Be sure to ask for her. You won’t be disappointed in either the service or the food. Their pork chop is one of the best in the area. We will be back soon"

"We really enjoyed the ribs, green beans, rolls, and the filet. TJ our server did an excellent job! I don't know if we will be back, though. The music was ear bending! We asked if the music could be turned down but it still was impossible to talk, hear, or enjoy our meal."

"Came here on Christmas day for lunch with a group and it was packed. Definitely need a reservation for Christmas. We arrived earlier than the reserved time and we were seated closed to our booked time. FOOD AND DRINK: Range Rattlers - the jalapeños filled with cheese were spicy! Didn't really care for this appetizer. 3/5 Fried mushrooms - I had fried mushrooms the night before and I would say these were fried longer. I could taste the oil more. 2/5 Chicken fried chicken - this was my entree and it was good. Fried well, tender, and the chicken was juicy. Didn't like the gravy that came with it. Could use more flavor. 4/5 Smoked Mac and cheese - They used a spiral type pasta, which is different. I think the pasta was cooked Al dente. The cheese sauce had a good flavor but it was thick. Overall the dish could use more sauce and they should stick to the regular Macaroni pasta. 4/5 Flash green beans - I like the crispness. Not under or overcooked. 4.5/5 Had a bite of the Caesar salad, which the group raved about, and it wasn't bad. The croutons were very crunchy. I'm not a fan of Caesar salad as it's a very boring salad. Service was good. Our waiter packed our leftover food in front of us."

"Food was doable. I had the Chicken Laredo. I ordered sweet potato fries as a side. I was expecting a good serving of fries served separately on a plate instead it was on the same plate with my Laredo chicken which I thought came with a vegetable that I did not receive. My family had steak and potato. We had reservations and waited 20 minutes for 8 people to sit and dine. Did not enjoy the placement of table in the middle where it was high traffic and the waiters did not have enough room or space to maneuver so my family and I kept getting hit by the waiter butts. Hugely annoying. Word to the management, please do not place customers or have your staff serve in such confined spaces it is a safety risk to both customers and staff. I was a little bothered that I waited 40 minutes for my Bourbon Old Fashioned drink to arrive and by the time it arrived the ice was melting, making my drink water down. Whiskey is not be watered down. The waitress and other staff were great."
