"Asked for white sauce, but instead got light sauce. Why are the chicken wings so shriveled up. Should just call it bones and sauce. Waste of money."
"Their pizza is delicious and cooked timely. Customer service can be improved but not terrible. Thin crust pizza we tried it was made as per instructions and good amount of toppings. Car side delivery and drive thru pick up can be confusing they should add info on their websites."
"Service is completely frustrating at this location. When you have a real issue they do not care to assist nor make it right. Not sure why they also agreed to deliver pizzas with child decorated boxes when they do not care to deliver the pizzas with the correct box. Then when you tell them the issue they just go around in circles and do not take responsibility for it. I had to walk into the store to pick up the box after two unsuccessful tries."
"Marco's Pizza is absolutely delicious, toppings portions are terrific. It's really one of the Tastiest Pizzas in town not just Pearland. HOWEVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. You are lucky if anyone greets or acknowledges you standing at the counter. The vibe I got was black people weren't welcome. So, for that reason, I am going to try another location, if I get the same vibe. Delicious pizza or not I will not be eating at Marcos. Another side note the receipt does not provide Infor with a survey."
