"I’ve ordered from this location, maybe 3 times and each time there’s been an issue. Our last order, we received someone else’s food and when I called I was put on hold for 12 mins. I ended up driving there before anyone ever picked the phone back up and my food was still sitting on the shelf. Tonight, apparently Pibb isn’t an option, even though it’s on their website, so we received a coke in its place. No one here drinks coke and when we called, we were informed they no longer carry Pibb. After hanging up, I realized the marinara we paid extra for wasn’t with our order either. I’m just done with this location."

"Orders and service are 100% everytime for me. Order through the app for pick ip and never had and problems and the pies themselves are awesome. Ive eaten at all the 'boutique' pizza places but this location's thin crust is awesome - i dont even trust other domino's locations. Easy quick pick Never used delivery - but why when pickup is so easy. Staff super friendly and store clean and tidy. Dont recommend chicken items - highly recommend thin crust and cheesy bread. Ive ordered easy 20-30 tines from here - always puckip"

"Absolutely worst experience ever with dominos. I was shocked at how unprofessional Megan (who’s the manager by the way) was at this store. I made a mistake on my online and immediately called the store right after to ask if I could change it, and she was so nasty and so rude about it it I decided to cancel my order since I couldn’t change it. I then decided to to place another order with the proper information and she called to tell me they weren’t going to waste food so she’s cancelling the new order I placed. Never in a million years have I seen such condescending behavior from people working in a customer service position, especially in a manger role. People make mistakes all the time and for something as simple as changing the crust I didn’t understand why she was so disrespectful and rude about it. I had 3 pizzas and wanted to change only 1. I asked for the regional manager and she gave me the name Casey Myers along with an email address. I will be pursuing and filing a complaint with someone at the corporate level. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to represent the brand especially when dominos motto is “Champion Our Customers”. “We deliver on our promises, treating each order and interaction as an opportunity to deepen relations by delivering great product, service, and experiences.” TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION! I urge you all to go to the one on shadow creek."
