"The child that took care of us was obviously upset that we came back to fix our order. We were missing curly fries for one of our entrees and when we came his demeanor showed it. He requested we didn’t giggled during our interaction as it made him difficult to understand us according the o him. When we explain what we were missing our turnaround was still for nothing as our curly firs were still missing. We finally got them. I don’t stop at fast food restaurants. This is one of the reasons why."

"If you order the mini cinnamon buns from here you are wasting your money. They look nothing like in the pic, are way over cooked (or fried...how ever they cook them) , dry and rubbery. The pic is the reality of what you will get."

"These pictures speak for themselves. Mediocre food, mediocre service, and that’s on their good days. Bad days you can expect even worse food and worse service. I’ve lived in the area for 20yrs and have tried them on many different occasions throughout the year and it has generally always been this way with no improvement other than the restaurant itself getting remodeled a while back."

"I would give it ZERO star i ordered onion rings and southwest salad for my dinner but when i got home i openedy food, damn!! It was so nesty and very old and cold grilled chicken piece and onion rings are burnt i was like: really i paid almost $12 for THIS food i was so hungry and i didn't eat that food i was tired from work that's why i couldn't make something at home at the end i had to sleep hungry. I just don't understand if we pay for the food why they give old and cold food to the costumers and after read costumers comments why store managers do not take any step to make it better? If you guys keep continue doing that one day no one wanna go "JACK IN THE BOX" anymore"
