"Only good thing is breakfast and they are never open. They used to make food sometimes and other times say "it's online orders only right now" and cannot answer thru what you use to order. 7am on a Monday there are two cars in the parking lot and nobody visibly working through the windows. The conclusion I've come to is this location is managed by someone who is likely taking the franchise owner for a ride. Even when they are open the food is purposely bad. Smashed fries, bun covered in grease and mayo. Close this store down so the space can be utilized for something productive. Every last thing this store does is to drive away customers"

"This is now the second time that I have ordered through the app for this location , only to get there and the doors are locked while the drive thru is blocked by a cone. There were no signs stating they were closed and the one employee that was working inside could be seen looking at their phone behind the counter. The website states that you are open until 4:00 a.m. So why at 10:30 p.m. are you closed? I even attempted to call the restaurant several times because i could clearly see that someone was inside. This is beyond unacceptable."

"The food was warm, and my fries were not just small pieces. However, the staff was not very welcoming. I had to ask to get a drink."

"I am usually a person who doesn’t complain too much about food service because sometimes people have bad days. However, I live within walking distance of this location and I will not visit again if the same workers are in charge during the late night shifts. On two separate occasions the food was cold (obviously precooked particularly the fries), the cashier (male) was unpleasant, took food back only to reheat it and give it back. That’s so unacceptable. I’ll pass this location to go to the one closes to 45 if I really want JNTB."

"I've never been a fan of Jack in the Box, personally. But went there with my wife and our son for lunch to give it another chance. Worst experience yet. Cashier was inattentive. Energy felt weird and the decor of this specific restaurant borders on dystopian. Coca Cola freestyle machine was out of a lot of flavors. It happens, I get it, but it was a lot not available. My "cluck" chicken sandwich was dry. Very little sauce, dry bread, tiny 2 slices of Pickle. I received regular fries instead of the ordered curly fries. Egg rolls tasted.. off, and didn't dare try the sweet and sour sauce the way it stank when I opened it. Worst of all though was that my wife's "ultimate breakfast" sandwich had several pieces of eggshell in it. One would've been acceptable, but there was at least 4 pieces she picked out of the egg. Never going back."
