"This has been my go-to location for 25 years, so it's frustrating to say but they have turned into the absolute worst location in the Houston area. Every time I go here, whether drive thru or eat it I have items missing, made wrong, or extra items that I didn't want or pay for. I'm tired of having to fix my sandwich myself at home or having to explain to my kid why he didn't get a juice box when it's supposed to be included and I asked for it. I won't be going back for a while. Management: do better!"
"Well, I must say this Wendy's is going down hill fast. I asked for my chicken sandwich to have extra mayo. It said so on the receipt! I get a dry sandwich and an attitude when I ask them to fix it. No, I am sorry we missed this or anything. Bad all the way around."
"The lady at window was extremely rude and I can hear her and another lady speaking Spanish to each other and completely disregarding the fact that I was trying to tell them my order. Then upon getting my food she never said one word and evev when I said, Thank you, have a good night. She never responded. Then I ordered 5 cookies and they were so hard and burned that I couldn't eat them."
"Food was good, but they got my order wrong twice because the two drive thru workers were so busy talking and flirting with each other instead of focusing on me as the customer. If you want to talk and flirt with each other, wait until break or until after you get off. But if you are at work on the clock, focus and get it right."
"The ladies are in there eating fries straight out of the cooked fries storage. She isn’t wearing gloves. She is touching her bottom and her face and just putting her hands in there and eating it. When I said something the lady at the front she laughed it off and acted like nothing happened."
