"I went here a couple weeks ago because my friend recommended their food. I have to say, it was delicious. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese fries without pickles and it was amazing. Whoever made it put their heart and soul into it. Despite that, it did take them a while to get me my order. I ordered a half plate to go that took about 30 minutes. It was a busy day so I understood but that would be my only problem (which wasn't that much of a problem). I recommend Urban Bird if you're a fan of Cane's or Chick fil a and would like an alternative or just want to try something "new". There are a lot of options to try from, different sauces and chicken styles."
"I went after work last week and Thursday around 3pm. I got the Urban Fries with heat level Nashville Hot. It was so good! Service was quick and fast. Once I got my food, it was nice and spicy and tangy. Loved it!"
"Excellent customer service! The fries were a little sweet for my liking but that’s a preference. I got the nashville hot sandwich and the heat was perfect (i like spice so i would even try a level up). The sandwich was also a little sweet but i guess it compliments the heat. The sandwich was super filling so I feel you get your money’s worth."
"Had the sandwich and 2 of the fry baskets. Tijuana street fries and buffalo Mac fries. Everything was delicious. Huge serving. The chicken strips on the sandwich were more like the size of full chicken breasts. About $50 for 3 meals."
"Really great hot chicken joint in Spring, TX. Stopped in on a Tuesday night for a quick bite to eat. Everything was fantastic. Place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was awesome. I got the tender basket (one Nashville hot and 1 extra hot). If I could do it again, I would have just stopped at Nashville hot. Although it was quite hot, i detected a slight sweetness to the batter. The darker one is the extra hot, and it lives up to its name... Highly recommended."
