"Island Grill offers a good dining experience with its good food selection and attentive service. The menu boasts a variety of dishes. While the quality of the food and service is commendable, it's worth noting that the prices are on the higher side. While many patrons are willing to pay a premium for exceptional food and service, it's essential that the overall value matches the cost. In this case, while the quality may not justify the price for some, others may find it a bit steep for what they receive. One aspect that was particularly disappointing during the visit was the restaurant's handling of the Happy Hour promotion. Despite arriving just five minutes before the Happy Hour ended at 7:00 pm, the staff refused to honor the deal when we attempted to order drinks with our meal at 6:55 pm. This refusal to accommodate customers so close to the end of the promotion window can leave a sour taste in the mouths of patrons, especially when they've made an effort to take advantage of the advertised special. Overall, while the restaurant provided good food and attentive service, the reluctance to honor the Happy Hour deal so close to its expiration time detracts from the overall experience. It's essential for establishments to uphold their advertised promotions to maintain trust and loyalty among their customer base. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patrons. Thank you for responding, but it seems you misunderstood. The sign clearly states that the Happy Hour runs from 5:00 to 7:00, specifically at the branch I visited."

"One of best halal fine dine place in spring. The interior and location is super cool. Their outdoor eating experience is nice. You need to order at counter and they serve. The food options are good. My best food so far has been Mediterranean salad and gyro pita sandwich. Their pita is soft and gyro is tender, no dryness! I had been with my kids and they liked the penne pasta and grill chicken sandwich."

"As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello which made us excited to eat here. Our cashier customer service was amazing and she was very knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant is so clean and well kept. The food was hot, fresh and delicious along with the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and cappuccino. We really enjoyed everything and will be back soon!"
