"At least three times a week the employees at this particular Jack-in-the-Box close 15 to 20 minutes early duck behind the counter if you pull into the drive-through and refuse to take your order. This is consistent over the last two years and it’s aggravating every single time. The employees here are costing the owners money because it’s not just me. I see people lined up here regularly in the last half hour before they close and they never take these orders"
"Dude swore up and down they don't serve raspberry tea, which is what I have ALWAYS gotten when I go there, and they have a freestyle machine so you can literally make any flavor anything... He was obviously just lazy and stupid and needs to finish high school before undertaking what is clearly a deeply challenging job for him."
"They for whatever reason just don't have any snacks or sides anymore. This is the 4th time I tried coming and they don't have any of those things ... that's the only thing I'm complaining about because usually the staff are nice."
