"Everything is good, ribs and sausage are great! The peach cobbler with ice cream is to die for, and the fresh baked rolls must have crack in them because i can't stop eating them! (Edit version) Great environment at most. This one has some strange rules on to go orders so i will go to the next one but the food is always good."

"This was to go... baked potato with beef was undercooked (potato)... very surprising & not in a good way. Baby back ribs containing 4 1/2 very small ribs for $19 seemed very overpriced & taste/tenderness was off. Side dishes - Mac n cheese, fries were fine. Fresh baked rolls were excellent, along with the peach cobbler & banana pudding."

"The food is usually good at Spring Creek. They use real wood. The service is pretty impressive. They treat you right for the most part. I like that they bring you bread to the table and you can have as much as you want. The biggest problem with Spring Creek is the portion sizes of their meat. They're very skimpy on the portion sizes of meat. You can eat all the sides you want and get refills if you like. That's probably because they skimp you on the meat."

"The young lady baking rolls and scooping out the ice cream is the reason for the "5" service rating. Spring Creek BBQ at this location was a disappointment! We specifically visit Spring Creek BBQ when in town because the portions are usually ample, brisket is moist and the sides are well prepared and not dried out. The brisket was dried out! Both ends were opened and burned top had been cut off, adding to the "dried outness" However, the amount of sliced brisket placed on a falling apart (day old bread?) was less than the usual amount. I have no idea if they changed vendors, but the buns were falling apart and flat. As I finished my sandwich and started snapping photos THEN the fresh BBQ'd meat came out. Sides were somewhat dried out and let me tell you - $38 for two sandwiches w/sides was unbelievably not worth the price! I tried the fresh lemonade which was watered down. Switched to the peach tea which was so sugared there was no peach flavor coming through. The highlight of this visit was the young lady in the bakery. Quiet, friendly and walked around offering fresh bread to the customers dining in."
