"I recently dined at IHOP, and while the service wasn’t bad, I did experience some challenges. The food arrived a bit cold, and there was a longer wait than expected. Additionally, the waiter’s professionalism left room for improvement, reminding me why I don’t visit often. I hope they can address these issues for a more consistent and positive experience in the future."

"Corporate you have a serious problem here at this location! During my visit we waited to be seated at least 5 minutes before being greeted and waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks! The main issues I experienced was the lack and I’m talking severe lack of communication and customer service! There were multiple guest all around us and I here them complaining left and right and management out in the open addressing matters that should be handled appropriately behind closed doors “Not in front of angry Guest” the folks sitting at the table next to us had their food delivered to them in a RAW STATE!! They brought this to the attention of the waiter quickly and saw no resolution for these folks and they up and left! I quickly lost my appetite and wanted to leave. There is a serious problem here that is costing your company and this is at management level not taking the proper approach to remedy the issues and over see operations! The under cooked food that I saw just sat out directly in front of me and this was disgusting! This should have been quickly addressed! Most of the staff was in fact getting high tempered with each other directly in front of guest while taking their orders! I will not be returning!"

"Very disappointed in Ihop. My memories of the brand are clearly not like they used to be across the board. My husband's fruit tasted like cologne, pancakes were not purple as advertised, dirty table, dirty utensils, no real cups and then pieces of debris floating in the cardboard cups we were given, unknown objects in the salt and the hash browns were old and cold. The 2 stars were for the server... he was a good sport and did his best."

"We came in on a Saturday 10/14 lunch. The dining room was less than half full and several servers were on the floor. No one to greet anyone at the door and we waited over 10 minutes until I had to go to the kitchen to find someone. From the time we stepped into the door until we were served our food, took over 40 minutes. The waitress assigned to us was nice but lacked any decent service skills. It was almost 20 minutes till we got our drinks, the tea was sour and ice mostly melted. From my table I could see into the kitchen when the doors would open. No hair nets, and no gloves used to touch food. But I overlook all those things for a decent meal. One waitress had her baby and two kids in the restaurant. She would tend to a table then go to the restroom with three kids to change a diaper. Credit to super mom and all, but come on. When our food came, the hash browns were burnt, the eggs were dry like they had been sitting in a warmer and had a bit of orange tint to them. The chicken sandwich had burnt cheese, no veggies or condiments at all, and the chicken was seemingly cooked in old oil or microwaved, not crispy at all. The fries that came with it were cold. This is not what we expected. It was like the cook was high or something. When we pointed out the issues with our meal, the waitress said, "Yeah, I don't know why he did you like that". I thought it was a waitress's job to ensure quality of food before serving it. The only thing that look decent was the pancakes but we just could not bring ourselves to eat any of it. 5 months ago I gave this place 4 stars and that was being generous. We decided not to accept this meal and left. NO one moved with pride or purpose. There were no proud or actual real service workers here. We will not be going back until I see an under new management sign. No one else seemed to get a bad meal and we were the only ones of our nationality in the dining room a the time. Please teach your staff proper etiquette, manners, work ethic and race sensitivity training."

"Worst IHOP experience I have ever had in my entire years of living. I would avoid this location like the black plague. Walked in the near empty restaurant on a Thursday evening. The floors were sticky on my shoes (first sign to run that I ignored), we had a party of 12. The party came and sat down... the one server took about 10 mins to get our drink order and another 10 mins to bring them. There were not many workers one cook and one waitress. The food was edible. Pancakes were good. The food wasn't terrible but the overall experience was terrible. Waiting for the food. Talking to the odd server. So do yourself a favor and skip this location."
