"Horrible customer service. Placed an order at 10:15 and didn’t get our food until 10:55. Waited inside the restaurant for our food. The moment I asked front desk guy to cancel my order because it was taking to long. Instead of providing a prudent answer. He gave my sister an ugly attitude. Don’t recommend this location. It took 45 mins to get cold wings."
"Wow! I was really craving Wingstop and they did not disappoint. The food was fresh & covered in all our favorite seasonings. In addition to how friendly the staff was, this was a great eating experience for us. This location 9/10!"
"I have come to this location several times, the food is good however, there’s always something. Tonight I ordered boneless wings, it’s on special because it’s Tuesday. I was quoted 16-22 minutes. I waited and extra 20 minutes before coming to the store because they are always later than the quote time, to walk in and then say they are out of boneless wings, which are the only wings that are $.70 tonight. They said they could refund my order or I could change to classic wings. 1st off no one called to see which I wanted they just let the ticket sit there until I came in and 2nd it was apparent they did not want to give the bone in wings at the same price. Manager had to approve and was hesitant. How does Wingstop run out of any wings? I will have to find another wingstop or take my business elsewhere! And then jacked the order up and dumped them in one big container! Will not be coming back."
"If you like soggy fries and slow service this is the place for you! The manager tells your food will be ready in five minutes for an online order did you placed 30 minutes ago make that 25 minutes later! I thought I had already been to the worst Wingstop but I guess this one topped it off! Just don’t do it it’s not worth it you end up throwing away half of your food. Someone please get the manager a watch."
