"Dear Simona Silea.... please take some time at this location. The staff is horrible!!!! I will NEVER come back. My order was wrong. No big deal so I asked for a refund. I was told no I had to fill out a formal and corporate will contact me. I didn't have time to play games so I left. Not before being treated completely rude by by Luis the kid with braces which braces. He told me I was dumb. So I left called later and asked to speak with the manager. The Manger refused to help me. I asked for her name she said to tell Simona Sikle to contact her. That's how I got the name. I could go on and on. But the honest part is ill never get anywhere. So sad! I'm tired of dealing with people who peeked in high school and their only power is not to refund me or give me a name. I guess I would be mad too if I flipped burger for a living and never made more than 20k a year"

"Went to location drive through 12/1/23 @ 6.32 pm the one taking order was very rude. Then had to wait 10 minutes for chicken straps to be ready. Order 509812 drive home 10 minutes and open food to eat and no chicken straps in box. Called them and asked to either door dash to me r refund my card but they said can't do . All they offered w as to come back up r return at a later date. Hope Corp will reach out to me but I nit holding my breath. Worst ever experience at any whataburger.."

"It was good! The young guy at the window needs better customer service skills!! Don't tell me that I didn't pay after you handed me my card back and then tried to get smart with me when it was your wrong!! He tried to tap my card, but it's an old card that does not tap, and he handed the card back to me. When he realized it he came telling me the price again and telling me that I needed to pay! When I told him that I had paid he told me that I had not! He was swinging on the window and tried to puff his little chest out like he was big and bad!! When i corrected him (without being rude), he then noticed that he was in the wrong! Other than that the food was good!"

"Went through the drive through for breakfast this morning and ordered the jalapeno cheddar biscuit with sausage, egg and cheese. I get to work and take it out of the wrapper and it's burnt! I mean you could knock somebody out with this biscuit! Totally disappointed. They had to know. The cheese wasn't even melted. The egg and sausage was cold. Threw the whole mess in the trash!"
