"Went in so they could check my car battery since I purchased it with them and still have warranty. They said our battery was good and for us to take it to the bigger Walmart if we wanted them to charge it up for us or to go drive our car around. Lol We went to the Walmart on fm78 next and they told us right away that the battery was bad. These people here at the auto center on foster road do NOT know what they are doing and do not want to help. They send customers to other Walmart locations. Beware."
"I went in to have my tires balanced and Jayla was very nice and helpful. I got a call from Chris later and apparently I had bubbles in my two front tires! He was very kind and knowledgeable! The tires were in bad shape, didn't even realize I was in danger! Thank you for these wonderful employees!"
"Good experience overall. The only issue was I spoke to someone on the phone and asked for the price for the 3 year warranty car battery and when I got there that price was for the 2 year warranty that they installed. I didn't know until I checked my receipt."
"This has to be the best Walmart tire center I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in six states and this one by far is the best. I’ve been here several times and the team is so helpful and friendly. This morning I had a flat, I called first and Jayla told me to come right in there was no wait at the moment. Jayla and Sam, the technician, were so friendly and happy. They answered my questions. I even decided to get my oil changed since I was already there. I had made a comment about the tires I had bought from Toyota and how my warranty had expired at the beginning of this month and she told me that all Walmart tires have a lifetime warranty. I know where I’m getting my tires next time. Just overall great service. Thank you Jayla and Sam."
