"I walked in asking kindly if they do tire patches and the gentleman Daniel Perez told me yes and that i need to leave my car there and it would be ready before 5pm. I asked if he could check my tire and make sure its fixable before i leave my car there all day and Daniel shook his head no and refused to at least look at my car before i left it there all day for no reason. He rudely declined to help me and at least look at the nail in my tire. I told him that i just called a firestone previously and they said they would look. He then responded with, well than they can look, we can’t look here. I then went to a Firestone down the street and they were gald to help and looked at my tire. Honestly I’ve never had such rude costumer service at a tire shop. Me and my family have been going here for more than 7 years and even have a credit card with Firestone. Previously the manager Paul was always willing to help. Me and my family will no longer be going here and hope that Daniel Perez is held responsible for his lack of willingness to do the bare minimum and help customers. Usually we have great service but for this review I’d rate it a zero if i could"

"I came to this location to address a headlight issue, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything in detail. They successfully resolved my car's headlight connectivity problems. As a female, I sometimes feel uneasy going to auto shops, but the team here made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"Dear Public, you need search no further than Firestone Leon Valley. These men were polite, honest, caring and knowledgeable. I had a frantic morning dealing with another service station, who either did not want to complete the services I had requested or didn’t know how. I left that facility being told I had battery issues. I started looking desperately for a complete auto car center and lo and Behold there was the FIRESTONE at the corner of Bandera and Grass Valley. I wish I would have known the commitment to service of this location 25 years ago! As I drove away I felt confident that my car had been efficiently serviced. Thank you to the managers and technicians. You gentlemen made my day! Sincerely, Debra Burgmeier"

The technicians and office staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable, making sure our questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. Special shout out to Ron and Reiko, thanks you both for all the great help, advice and insights for selecting and maintaining my new car, and the latest addition to the Firestone family."

"Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Firestone. Took my vehicle in to check on some issues and the so called technician decided it would be a good idea to cause damage to the vehicle by using an impact wrench which resulted in a damaged oil pan and oil plug. I guess he was in a hurry to change the oil but now thanks to this person, we have an oil pan that is leaking and about $700 worth of repairs. When we went back to ask about the oil leak issue, they came up with some crazy lie that we needed to go to an engine specialist to remove the entire engine and replace the oil pan. How do these people sleep at night knowing they are lying to people to cover up for their employees' mistakes? No apology has been offered and after contacting their corporate offices and wasting our time through the claim process, we are still being given the run around when the inspection clearly proved that their technician caused damage to the plug and oil plan. Don't bother with this place and if you are part of management and reading this review, please don't bother posting some vague response about contacting your customer service email. We were customers and don't care to speak to any of your representatives ever again. I will instead contact the BBB with my concerns."
