"Took my SUV there, and ended up with more trouble then I had before. I think the mechanics do not know how to repair vehicles they had mine for over 2 months and I finally got tired and said I was going to get the car. It was returned with missing pieces and oil leaking everywhere! Took it to another reputable shop and was told that it would cost $13,000 to repair the mess that was done. Never again had to end up buying a new vehicle and still have payments on the one they messed up. What I've learned from this experience is always take your vehicle to the dealership. A expensive lesson."

"I was referred to John's Import by a friend. I was Leary but after searching for a used vehicle from lot to lot I decided to stop by. Let me tell you I'm so grateful I did.
