"I ordered my costume online for delivery. They tell me it's delayed all day I call customer service they say the order is cancelled then tell me wait 24-48 hrs if available they will deliver. I go to store and they have the costume in the size on the shelf!"

"If you’re expecting just the base competence, this isn’t your place. I told them to change my driver side front tire. Instead they changed the passenger side front tire. So when my wife went back to get it swapped, they wouldn’t give our tire back nor swap it out because “you signed for it saying passenger side”. So not only can this place not tell their left from their right, but they also cannot tell a flat tire from an appropriately filled one, something you would think would come in handy at an “auto care center”."
