"BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I have never been lied to so many times straight to my face. My 4 hour job (quoted by the Area Manager, Ike) took them 36 hours to complete! They only credited me $45 for my inconvenience, I kid you not. The manager, Derek, wouldn’t even speak to me when I requested it and forced my service rep to take all the heat. I am a business man, veteran, and local community member who lost almost a day and a half of work because of this, this place should be SHUT DOWN and I will be seeking LEGAL action. I even called MIDAS corporate and didn’t hear anything back from them after they told me I would be contacted and my issue taken care of. PLAIN WRONG on so many levels but they literally don’t care about the customer and will threaten to have your vehicle impounded if you don’t pay what they want! STAY AWAY!!"
"Staff here is phenomenal. They are all friendly and very professional. I had a great experience getting the struts, rotars, and break pads replaced on my vehicle. I have only been to this location twice, but I will definitely be returning when I need to. Thanks for the great service!"
"Made an online appointment at 4:15 pm today for a brake flush and received an immediate email reply stating I would receive a confirmation in 30 business minutes. Finally, called the Midas shop directly at 4:25 pm and was told it was rejected. Never received any emails or calls. I do not recommend this place."
"Great team! Aaron, Nick, Paul, Derek, Jeff! I will recommend this place to everyone. Automotive is a rough industry. I've had a lot of people over the years screw me over. But these guys are honest to a fault. Love the team!"
"I hesitated putting one star. So it rained and ground is dry and the Midas Supervisor says ma’am I told you we would not inspect if raining. By the way he opened after8:30am cause it was closer to 8:45am. Then I returned at 2:30 manager says did you not understand I am not allowing my inspectors to inspection stickers cause ….. I interrupted him and said it’s not raining. He told me it’s his decision. Well I came to express care where it got done in minutes …. Your staff is sucking that location dry by turning an eye on good business. Midas sucks in my opinion."
