"Had to take my car in to get it serviced and they fixed it right up! Although I was out of a car for two weeks, Steven at the culebra location was very adamant about making sure everything was perfect and in running order before getting my vehicle back to me. He did an outstanding job at making sure the job was done correctly. My only complaint would be the lack of communication. Throughout the two weeks of getting my vehicle serviced, I had to call in the get updates on what was happenong rather than it being the other way around, but other than that the job was done by pros and I would most definitely recommend Sun Auto to my friends and family. "Not too happy having a starter issue, told car was ready to go early in am, however I would reevaluate the estimate cost pretty high $700. Unfortunately, miscommunication...they forgot my engine cover, some nuts and bolts on it and expect me to go get it, however A big hand to mgt helping get it squared away, I'm glad that Will did come out and correct the mishap he was very genuine and apologetic. I don't blame him for the Events enirely."

Took my car in for an oil change and not just where they quick, but explained any issues with pictures so I can understand what they were talking to. Will be returning to get my routine oil changes with you from now on."

"After my cars engine light came on unexpectedly I need a mechanic (after I decided to no longer return to the mechanic I had been going to due to an issue with the customer service). I prefer small business and I really needed same day service. I called Sun Auto service and Aaron assured me that my vehicle could be seen. My experience 100% was worth the time I spent at the auto shop, Sun Auto sends a detailed Vehicle Condition Report that has pictures and breaks down the exact issues when getting repairs done. This is perfect for me as I have not even a basic knowledge about vehicles, maintenance, or how to repair them. My vehicle was seen the same day and after a few hours of waiting, being walked through financing and a very patient Arron helping me decide what I could afford to pay for and which repairs were most important I have my vehicle. I will 1000% return to Sun Auto they were honest and helpful and I and my vehicle are extremely grateful for it."
