Cody started calling all the local O'Reilly's until we could get confirmation to do the work in another location. Really took good care of the customer. $25 per rotor to refinish Feb 2024 for a 17' Buick"

"This o’Reilly auto parts store took great care of me. They picked and replaced my power steering fluid and added it for me. Sounds like pretty good customer service, but upon further inspection, Isaac also told me that the power steering hose had a leak and that it was shooting fluid out every time I turned my wheel and that this would keep happening unless I fixed it. Thank you a million times over Isaac. I’ll definitely be back."
