"I left this review on Yelp and I will leave it here. It took an hour for my friends and I to get their drinks was absolutely no apology or no warning from the employees. There were two employees this past weekend that we went. I understand that these lines can take a while and usually a good employee will give kind of a heads up and apologize in advance for the long wait. There was zero sense of urgency to get people moving through the line. One of the baristas was singing Christmas carols to herself and acting in such a way where there was no hurry. This place really needs a better manager and better oversight as to how the employees are acting in the later hours of this establishment."

"As other reviews have indicated the crew here is a joy to interact with on a daily basis. This has always been the case at this franchise in Hutto. As a regular customer, who's been a customer since day one, I wanted to give credit were it is due. The progress of the morning crew's wait time has been incredible for the month of October. They all know me, James in the emerald green car, Gee-Gee. When the lines are past the dumpster, I just head to the next coffee shop on my way to work. The morning school rush overwhelmed them in September but I must say, they are kicking butt in October. I haven't had to go to the other shop this month! Keep up the good work and improvements. Awesome Job Morning Cew!!!"

"Such an amazing company and workers. Today is my Birthday and they gave me a free large drink and wrote Happy Birthday on my lid. Also, they talked to me and asked my plans for the day which was extremely nice. When I left they wished me a very Happy Birthday and a good day. Companies and employees don’t usually go above and beyond like that these days. Thank You so much for making my day!"
