"Lady in the drive through was extremely rude that it was atrocious. Simply unbelievable. She had nothing but face piercings including a lip ( which looked very unsanitary) she needs to be retrained on how to properly provide customer service. She began to argue with me about being in the wrong lane and when I told another employee about how rude she was they walked away. I will be calling corporate to have this issue escalated."
"It is convenient for me as I'm heading home just to stop in for breakfast when I'm on vacation, but lately, customer service has really fallen back. I don't know what it is, but I am never rude because 1 they are handling the food and 2 its just the thing to is be nice so maybe it's been ruff on the crew but I am not the enemy so I will go a little further down the highway thanks."
"The staff were extremely rude. The only kind person was the manager, Michael. I only know his name because one of the workers kept SCREAMING his name. The lady shown in the photo is especially rude. She was yelling at other staff as well as bossing her manager around. We told her she was out of tea in the front and she told us "If there isn't tea out front, it means we don't have any." She then SCREAMED to her manager that there was no tea. He brought an entire tea urn to the front. As someone who works in the service industry, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Guests see that behavior, as well. There were many more instances of her behavior, specifically. Food was good."
"Megan was the best and most respectful worker at this location, if I could give more then 5 stars I would, I know for a fact she will move on up on thw business and improve. You are a great worker and a amazing human being keep up the great work and your personality. And if you are reading this remember you are better and don't let anyone bring you down. I hope this make ya day from my wife and i we hope you live a happy long life."
