Panda Express

"We ordered over $40 worth of sides for small gathering. We ordered ahead by over 5 hours. And got NO sauce. It comes with sweet and sour sauce. We even asked for it. So embarrassing!!!"

"This lady ruined my experience of ever coming to Panda Express. I asked for a water cup and while eating my food I went up to the soda machine and you know how there’s lemonade attached to the water nozzle? Well I pressed the lemonade one not realizing it because I was on the phone(FaceTime) and had taken a sip realizing it wasn’t water and she just appears from behind me and threatens to call the police if I don’t pay $2.49 immediately?!?! I told her I made a mistake and she said “nah you took a sip that will be $2.49” very Rudely and unprofessionally. She called me out as if I did something wrong or stole in front of all the other customers that were inside. I was embarrassed and shocked that I would be treated in such a way. Especially in a fast food establishment. She was very loud and even took it to the extent of “following me out to my car and taking my license plate number to file a police report” ONE SIP, and it wasn’t even intentional. No warning, no correction, invaded my personal space, and was very rude. I will be taking this further and filing a complaint with corporate for her unprofessional manners and rude comments."

"Ordered through their app. Turns out, they contract with Door Dash. While this would typically be no issue, the driver had "car trouble" and won't answer his phone. The text I received from the system was that the order was cancelled and I was to reach out to the restaurant itself. When I called the restaurant, the person who I spoke to told me that because it was picked up by Door Dash, that's not their problem. I explained to them that I used the Panda app and did not use Door Dash. If Door Dash was solicited by Panda to perform the delivery, that was between Door Dash and Panda, and not me. She kept putting me on hold instead of letting me speak. She came back on and told me that they were doing me a "favor" and calling door dash for me but not to expect it every time because this technically isn't their job. I hung up instead. If I had solicited Door Dash to go pick it up, then yes, obtaining a solution for the canceled order would lay solely on me. But I didn't and it shouldn't."

"Not sure why all of the negative reviews, my taste buds were whisked away on a culinary journey straight to the Guǎngdōng Shěng province to a delicious plate of authentic Chinese orange chicken. I felt like I was back in the caves of Guǎngdōng Shěng eating with the locals again. Brought back amazing memories and I can’t wait to come back."

"I really like Panda Express, but this is not one I would like to go back to. Ordered the family meal and they gave very stingy helpings. I've not even had them filled, yet every one seemed less filled than the next. Everything in the store says, "faster service, use the app!" I was due at 6p, pulled in and waited at the drive thru, asked for my order at 6:07, "its not ready yet, want to come in?" No, well, it's not ready... had to go in and it still took another 7 minutes. One car in the drive thru, no on in line when I went inside. I don't know what they were doing."
