"A lot of bad reviews, I ordered online, went through drive through. Went to pick up through drive thru, they said they didn’t receive an order even though my app said order was complete. They must of given it to somebody else. I went inside to show proof and they hooked it up right away. It smelled good and the Hispanic ladies had the music blasting so I know the food was gonna come out good. Frances took my order and I think Elena cooked and did a good job. P.s. they actually put meat in the tacos. I recommend going early before lunch. Thanks ladies."

"This restaurant is so inconsistent. I drive into the drive thru on Sunday at 5pm with the open sign on and they are closed. I try to go in and the doors are locked. Very frustrating. There are snot 5 cars in the parking lot all with the same feeling as I have. Very bad business."

"I LOVE Jack, but I just had the worst experience. Of course I realize the tacos are fried in oil, but all 5 of my tacos, including the breakfast taco, were DROWNING in grease! There was a puddle of oil on the inside of every taco wrapper and it had even soaked through to the OUTSIDE of the wrappers. There was so much excess oil that it had completely soaked through the paper bag too! The paper bag was inside a plastic bag-- which I've never seen them do before-- I can only assume that was done so that the grease wouldn't get all over my delivery driver's car. (!!!) All I wanted was my taco fix, but these were inedible. I also ordered a Buttery Jack with EXTRA herb butter. My burger had NO BUTTER on it at all !!! It was completely dry and cold, too. The butter is in the NAME!!! I literally ordered that specific burger because I was craving the butter that it comes on it! I am so disappointed from this experience, I don't think I will go back to this location, even though it's less than a mile away. So sad."

"I can up there and order 2 burger combos just to get this(no buns). The meal it self was $23.53, a few days later they take more money out n it was $47.06! I tried to call but they don’t have their phone’s working. I’m going up there in person tomorrow"

"They’re always closed I barely see them open after 8pm I went there 1/19/22 early and they’re closed and the picture I uploaded were a different time I drove up there they need to fire all these employees and get new ones that actually want to work I’ve never seen a fast food place that closes and opens when they choose to it’s absolutely ridiculous WORST location ever people are waisting gas and time coming up here! Gas is almost 4$ !"
