"I ordered delivery and the bag was not safety sealed. The grape salad also looked gross."
"I ordered delivery for lunch today and unfortunately had a bad experience. I ordered a trio with a cup of soup, a sandwich and a scoop of buffalo chicken salad. To my surprise upon delivery they forgot a scoop of my chicken salad, therefore wasn't a trio, bummer because I was looking forward to trying the buffalo flavor for the first time. To top it off, I bit into my croissant to find a funny refrigerator taste with a rancid aftertaste lingering in my mouth and I'm trying to figure out if it was the pickle or the sandwich or possibly the soup that I had a few bites of. By this time my stomach was feeling a bit queezy. After I took the second bite to confirm it wasn't just my imagination or having an off day I realized the bread was molded as I laid the sandwich down. I called to let the manager on duty to let her know and to ask for a complete refund of the meals as the other meal had mold on the bread as well and she was also feeling a bit woozy after eating it. The manager did apologize and granted my refund so now just awaiting to hit my bank. Just want ya'll to be aware to check your food before consuming when coming here as someone in the kitchen and/or on the floor was not taking proper steps to ensure the quality of the food. Disappointed because I love Chicken Salad Chick and hadn't eaten all day and starving! I have never had a bad experience until this location. I'm a usual at the Carroll St. location. Managers please do your due diligence, please."
"When I first drove past one of these restaurants, I couldn't believe that all they offered was pretty much chicken salad. But after I went in and actually tried a trio, I was sold. The staff is so nice at this location, and the manager was exceptional. Try the Chicken Salad BLT, especially if they have the seasonal dilly salad - delicious! A great value with a great team."
"Different types of flavors of chicken salad that are pretty good. Mac n cheese was good. Had the potato soup also and was great! Came on a recommendation from a friend who had been in so I decided, why not."

Grace took our order and was absolutely delightful, the lady that brought our food over was kind and a man that got us to go boxes... just all very caring and helpful!
