"I couldnot understand the order taker, I ordered chicken nuggets with fries & unsweet tea. For 9$ I received nuggets, no sauce, so hard I couldn’t chew, Tatar tots, no fries & sweet tea.. I did not have a pleasant lunch. Had it not been so expensive, I wouldn’t have told the story."
"Ordered a sonic charger and asked for a cherry and lime wedge which they charged me for. Spilled my drink by accident and found no lime or cherry! So I went back for another and told them they didn't add the lime or cherry and said they would just charge me for the drink. When the server brought me my drink I asked her if the cherry and lime were in there this time. She said yes in a somewhat rude tone. Halfway finished my drink and looked inside and no cherry or lime wedge. What kind or service is this? You charge me for extra, then don't deliver, and then straight up lie to my face saying you did add it?!!"
"Drive Thru was backed up with 12 cars so I went in the dining room. The front counters, registers, tables, and floors were filthy. This wasn’t one days mess. The cashier was sucking on a straw while drinking a red drink and talking to the other employees. The conversation was about her personal life not work related. I approached to place my order and waited for her to acknowledge me. I placed my order and she was still drinking her drink. The only words she said to me was “anything else”. No hello, May I help you, No Thank You. Horrible customer service. I ordered chicken strip dinner. The chicken was so over cooked I could not find any meat. The tater tots, bread, and onion ring were cold. The single burger was old and over cooked, the bun was cold. The onion rings had obviously been sitting because they were limp and cold. Very Disappointed"
