"Had a very simple, one person breakfast order. Was asked to pull into a parking spot. 4 more cars pulled in beside me. All of them got their food before mine. One of them drove back because their order was wrong. They had to bring ours out three times before they got the order correct. There was no apologies or anything. Definitely won't be coming back to this location."

"Food is good, service is SLOW. The girl who took payment was RUDE beyond all belief. She really should remember the people who come through are the reason she's employed and deserve to have the bare minimum eye contact, maybe an added "thank you - have a good day". This is a repeated experience, so I'm finally making my review. On food alone, ★★★★★ service is ★. Do better."

"I absolutely hate the new setup. I am not sure why this location, especially with this high dollar neighborhood, went and remodeled to this type of store. It is congested whether you go in or go thru drive thru. I had already begun to lessen my trips here due to the amount of teens that are always there, but now... ghost. I will say this....super clean!!! They keep a large staff that is always cleaning, picking up or emptying trash, wiping windows, or cleaning the bathrooms and floors."

"I really can't wait till robots replace the staff that work there. Messed up my order again. Beware that if you place a large order and have to make them work they will tear open ketchup packets and throw them in your bag to make a mess. I overheard the employee admit this to the manager and he did nothing. Little did I know it was my order they were talking about and found out when I got home. The manager probably encourages this behavior. If you order delivery through an app good luck on them getting it right. Your chances are worse if you order delivery at night. Good luck."

"We ordered a combo and asked it to be large. They give us a medium drink and fries are like not even full. When I told the girl at window, she got all upset! She told us to wait in front parking space for our drink. Never came out so I had to go ask for it. Girl seemed even madder because I asked why fries were not full. She grabbed bag from me and yelled "Enrique!" Very unprofessional. They have like 10- 15 Hispanic people in back working. McDonald's needs to hire English speaking people because I had to repeat myself to her several times and she to me. Never apologized or said thank you. Just pushing stuff at me, I guess trying to get me out of there. I by no means am racist, but when you get treated like that after they don't speak or understand English well enough, it's completely rude!"
