"Half my order wasn’t in the bags when I got home, so I had to drive back up to the store which I wasn’t that mad about! When I got the rest of my order I had 3 honey butter chicken biscuits that were so coated in honey they were unedible! (IMO) Honey was dripping everywhere!!! I gagged opening up the wrapper because there was so much honey butter, I was really disappointed with the service, they had an opportunity to make this situation nice/better and they just gave me food that was slapped together as if it was my fault they forgot my food! I spent 40$ on food that was forgotten/and then slopped together + two drives for the mishap! Very disappointed"

"I go to this location probably 2 or three times a week in the drive thru. It's usually around 4 or 5 am in the morning. The staff is so friendly. Always spot on with the service and food. It's always hot and delicious. I probably aggrevate them ordering burgers at that time of morning but they are always so awesome and nice. This is the best whataburger I have ever been to. Keep up the great work guys and girls. This location obviously is head and shoulders above because of their amazing service!!"

"Whataburger has gone downhill alot over the years. But not this location. Food came out hot an fresh. Perfectly cooked and hot enough to actually melt the cheese on your meal. Not a half warm patty and cold piece of cheese. Fries were great . Crisp and hot. Not soggy and half warm and oversalted. Help spoke very well English. Didn't stutter and struggle to understand or speak clear English. Didn't have to speak my order like I was baby talking to someone. Thank you to whomever employs the people at this location. And thank you to the employees who do a great job here....keep it up..."

"Big improvement on service & speed. My meal was delicious! I was missing a few things including the straw for my drink. On top of not having the extra onions I requested, I barely had any onions on my burger. I ordered a shake, but sadly the machine was out of order. I was told it was coming out like water. If I return I hope my entire order will be correct, and shake/malt machine is running properly."
