"I placed a mobile order that somehow didn't make it into their system. When I showed up at the pickup time, they made me wait 15 more minutes before I was fed up. They refused to make my order despite me providing proof of purchase via email, mobile app and my bank account. More than one employee absolutely refused to make the food I paid for. I called PE customer service and they were appalled at the lack of customer service from the store. I will never go to this Panda Express again and neither should you. Make the drive to the Panda in Summer Creek/Chisolm Trail - it will be a much better experience."
