"Portillos has lived up to previous locations for the short time it's been in Ft. Worth. Minor mishap with our order but not a major problem. We've tried a little bit of everything. The big beef combo was delicious. For me, it could've had more sweet peppers. My wife's beef and cheddar had no cheddar but not really big issues for as busy as they were. Chocolate cake is pretty good, but the strawberry shortcake is to die for."
"First time at new restaurant and everything was great! Atmosphere is fun. The orders are called out with fun rhymes. Place is big, new and clean. The food tastes so good! We had the rodeo burger, the beef and sausage sandwich with hot peppers, a small fry with cheese sauce and the chocolate cake shake! Mmmmm! Go with the large fries, small is not enough."
"Surprisingly well organized given how new, food was good. Ordering was easy and was really polite and accurate. Dining room very clean and folks available to help with items. Dry pleasant atmosphere and nice variety of food. Definitely will go again! The polish sausage was phenomenal ! Vegetarian dog was very good according to friend with who is vegetarian. She was very happy with options and quality."
"We were so excited when we found today the soft opening began for Portillos! We brought our family and opted to dine in and they did not disappoint! The service was absolutely great! The inside looks fantastic and the food was delicious. We got chicken tenders, a bacon cheeseburger, giant chili cheese dog, fries, drinks, and their signature chocolate cake. Everything was made correctly and tasted great! Note for you Texans, they do have beans in the chili on the chili dog, but it tasted amazing!! We will definitely keep coming back."
