"BEWARE! Food poisoning. Ate #6 Great Special with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, black olives, and bean sprouts with mayonnaise at 2:30 pm 11/04/23. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea started at 0200 and lasted all night. No fever. No body aches. Update. 11/08/23. Nausea persisted until yesterday. Continue to have diarrhea."
