Creative Prep & Nutrition is a local meal prep business located at 6206 South Freeway, Suite 118 in Fort Worth, Texas. Our perfectly prepared portions ensure that you never overeat with our prepackaged servings. Choose from a wide variety of signature dishes, custom options, or specialty meals for either in-store pick up or local delivery in the DFW Metroplex area.
Our staff carefully prepares, cooks, and packages all of your meals to have them fresh and ready to go. Whether you choose to pick up your meals at our brick and mortar location or have them delivered, we want to make sure you never miss out on delicious and nutritious meals. Our microwavable meal containers make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals in minutes.
Some of our menu items include steamed brown rice with ground turkey, shrimp, squash, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, and spices, Italian ground turkey and brown rice stuffed zucchini, shrimp and grits with cauliflower rice and a vegan garlic butter sauce, salmon croquette with green beans and roasted sweet potato fries, and smoked chicken with broccoli Alfredo and protein pasta.
You can also try our spiced salmon filet on a bed of veggie corn medley, lean beef tenderloin with egg whites and roasted cinnamon sweet potatoes, or our keto tortillas stuffed with portabella mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, corn, black beans, brown Mexican rice, and topped with cilantro and salsa.

I’m too busy to cook most of the time, so I’ve been eating fast food during most of my lunch breaks, which did not make me feel good. I found this place and went today, and I couldn’t be happier. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had (jerk salmon), the prices are great, and the service was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll be coming back soon to stock up!"
