"I get the same thing each time I go. It is pretty consistent but sometimes the quality isn't great or they cut the meat wrong. Also a but pricey for a fast food place, but it is comfort food and I'm always down for that. Not a place I dine in though."

"This place is really going down as far as the environment and ninety percent of the time, the customer service is whack. My most recent visit was to the Seminary and I-35 location in Fort Worth, Texas. On the evening shift there are "men" working that are just plain short on customer service skills and have absolutely NO evidence of any type of quality social skills to be working a customer service type of position. I am not for sure who hires these people. But I am for certain that they May have just rolled out of bed from staying up all night; where they played video games and spoke to stranger through a headset; as they are just a warm body to work and barely know how to take an order and collect the money. Or if we have the managers just hide their family members. I come here in the mornings occasionally for a breakfast taco and the ladies are ALWAYS really nice."

"I placed a last minute large order in the drive through and the staff was very nice. Most people would have been upset, but they were very professional. I’ll be back for again for large orders (but with notice)."

"Do not waste your money. Order had items left off, the place is scary, you don't feel safe going through drive thru. Food wasn't edible. Tasted like a horrific frozen dinner. Paid cash wasn't given receipt and suspect I was overcharged."

"Avoid at all costs. I had to wait 5 min just to get the key to the restroom. It looked like a circus where Noone knew where the key was... Then, after that fiasco, I tried to order but when it came to pay, their tap to pay function was broke so no Apple or Google pay could be used. I then asked if they could type the card number in manually. The cashier called the manager over and she looked me over as if I was getting a loan or something and the manager rudely said, "no". All because I didn't look like an upstanding citizen to her I guess... When I got back in the car, my wife asked what happened, and where the food was. I told her and she got immediately angry and flew inside the store as if she was going to rip someone's head off. She had her mind set on breakfast tacos but ultimately, she also came back empty handed. So even after showing her I.D. To prove the card was hers she finally just gave up on the whole ordeal, and we drove the rest of our 4 hour journey, tired, hungry, and just plain perturbed over the whole situation caused by the owner of this business not fixing their payment option so customers can use the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to pay for their orders. Because they couldn't get their terminal fixed, we had to go hungry on our whole trip. Not only did they loose a very frequent customer who always has large orders when they come through, they also loose all the thousands of people who read my reviews orders too. SO, IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MACHINES THAT TAKE PAYMENTS ARE WORKING, OR YOU RUSK LOOSING A LOT OF MONEY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO THAT PERSON YOU TURN AWAY, THEY COULD BE A GOOGLE GUIDE WITH OVER 2MILLION VIEWS ON THEIR POSTS. IT'S SAD TO BE A CUSTOMER THESE DAYS, NO BUSINESS HAS ANY ETHICS ANYMORE. IT'S SO HARD TO FIND DECENT BUSINESSES THESE DAYS!"
