Subway

"Sent my son for a Tuna with veggies. They game him a veggie sandwich, he went back and they wanted to charge him for new sandwich. They couldn't even make a new one just gave him Tuna like this in a cup. Spoke with the manager and she insisted they can't take a sandwich back which I understand but their only solution was scooping tuna into a cup and make me make the sandwich. Not once did they offered to make a new one and just charge the difference. I have been to this subway a few times but this is my last one. Management, take note, this is the only subway close by in this area and not 1 review is good."

"I have done 3 mobile orders from here and each time an order was wrong. I know at times people make mistakes and I move on with things, no complaints just chalk it up to an error and that's that. I'm posting the review in hope that a person from the store sees it and fixes the issues at hand. Getting an order wrong isn't going to ruin someone, yet what it will do when it happens repeatedly is lose out on business. It's why I won't be going here anymore and letting others know. Hopefully in the future things change where as a customer you'll have faith that a order is right when you pick it up, until then I tried 3 different times and each time an issue came up. My review is based on those issues and nothing more."

"Just stopped by after a 15 hour shift and on my feet for 15,000 steps after work. The hours on the site and on the door say 10pm. It is 9:45. The young person working has already locked the door. Not good service at all and very irritating to someone like me that just wants to go home and has the work ethic to stay AFTER my shift but has to deal with people that don’t even want to stay for their scheduled shift to serve paying customers. By the way, it is Tuesday night, December 5, 2023 at 9:45 in the evening if anyone that owns this place would like to explain to their employees what “business hours” means. It would be great if that could happen. Thanks."

"Worst store to work at. They had us working in 95° whether with no AC for 2weeks. Very rude area supervisor she's very disrespect no matter what she does. The district manager don't make it no better. They'll have you work hard for 9 dollars and Still complain. Then they'll have you train people that make more then you after you been there for several weeks with no pay raise. Very horrible store. Had maggets in the soda machine because no one cleans it. Very dirty location has big load of nets in the back that don't go no where. They bang was broken for 4 weeks the food was going bad on the bang and they was Still selling it to customers. I was eating stuff that made my stomach hurt I had to always heat my food up to cook the parasites out. Good area but horrible store."

"I placed a order on the app last night for two foot long subs and once I got there not only was my mobile order not ready but it took an additional 20 minutes before it was ready due to only 2 staff members working and just one of them running the line. My fiancé had ordered light oil and light vinegar, light mustard. They did not use oil or vinegar and it had seemed to be extra mustard. Overall for being 3.5 stars I expected better…. Next time I know to spend my money else where."
