"My boyfriend and I came through the drive through tonight to get food. We ordered honey bbq chicken meal and a 3 piece chicken tender meal. Not only was the young man who took our order rude, but we also got the incorrect food and waited way too long for the wrong meal. Almost every time we come through the drive thru someone messes up our order and makes us wait for the wrong things."
"Why did I get slimy lettuce? I know they seen this. It didn’t take long for management to change and boom. There no sauce. It’s just a plain chicken sandwich lol I’m grossed out and want my money back but I’m not going back out in the rain. I’ll call corporate. Freeze this Incase they want it"
"I ordered a hot dog and took one bite and realized it looks like it has liver spots or a rash or Freddy Krueger skin. It unlocked a new fear . I spent 10 min trying to make sure I’m not going to die and if I do I’m leaving this review here so everyone knows why. Freezer burn micro organisms flash cooked mold I have no clue . I wouldn’t even touch something like this ."
"This Sonic has the best customer service! A very pleasant person took my order and verified it was correct. So already I was pleased. Then the car hop who brought my food to me, Nae, topped the visit to a next level of service. Nae was nice when she brought my food, she also verified it was correct before handing it to me, then she wowed me by telling me to continue to be amazing. This may sound small but the level of customer service was top notch and Nae really made my day. The food order was correct and the chili cheese fries were amazing."
