"The girl working drive through on 2/19 at 6:30 pm was incredibly rude. I had a mobile order and came to the drive through cause I have a disability and have trouble walking the lady was extremely rude to me because I could not come inside even though I explained I have a hard time walking... thats the whole reason I did the mobile order so there would be less hassle. She was so rude when she handed me my food also and literally did not say one word to me. I honestly couldn't enjoy the food in fear she spit in it. She must have a thing against people with disabilities. She should not work there or anywhere in customer service. I will never come back and I already have contacted cooperate."

"I ordered online through the app went to the drive-through to pick it up, thinking it would be quicker. I was told that my order wasn’t there even though I had received a text saying that my order was ready. I showed them the text message and I also showed them the email verifying that I have placed and paid for my order through the app. I was told I would have to come in. They don’t know where my order is. I really got the runaround and then I was told because I was 15 minutes late to picking it up that that’s why the order wasn’t ready when actuality I was there on time but the line was absolutely ridiculous. The portions are very small. The flavors aren’t the same as other locations. This place needs to be completely redone staff wise"
"The girl who worked window between 7:40 to 8:30 with hickys on her neck had the worse customer service, yet when I asked for all my missing stuff she had the nerv to curse in Spanish and pass my stuff unprofessional. My food was not even right. Never going back cause her rude azz"
"***DO NOT EAT HERE*** I got food through the drive through and the teriyaki chicken is all burnt. I can't even eat it cause it just smells and tastes burnt. The chow mein is all cold and hard. I tried calling to speak to the manager and they never answered the phone."
