"The McDonalds app didn’t allow me to put my parking space number to pick up my curbside order. So I went to the drive thru and the guy standing outside was clueless. He said to go inside. I refused. I placed a curbside order for a reason. I pull up to the first window to let him know what happened. They gave me my order but I was missing my 2 drinks and fries. They told me to park at 3rd window. I tried but I was blocking the person behind me from leaving. So, I pull to the side door instead. 5 minutes later they bring my drinks out. I told them I was missing my fries and the guy said he would let them know. 10 minutes passed and it was never brought out. People were getting their orders and leaving while I’m still waiting. I go back around the drive thru to let them know what happened. He cuts me off and tells me to pull up the second window. The lady was rude and didn’t even apologize once. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for an order that supposed to already been ready. Store location: 3500 Altamesa Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76133"

"Refused to honor a "buy one get one" promo. Said they could not accept it on a promo receipt. If they were not going to accept it, they should not have printed it without a disclaimer. After refusing the valid promo, they charged more for a #7 meal than the McDonald's where I normally go."

"Ladies are nice, sometimes fries are cold and hard. And I dont know why if its cold outside why do they have the A/C on???? 1-8-24 So it's not cold inside it actually feels good, this mcdonalds still offers fre refills compared to others do not anymore. Food was ok."
