"Me and my boyfriend came here earlier this evening for some ice cream and food. It was a waste of money for the quality of food we received,the mozzarella sticks tasted old like the oil wasn't changed. My boyfriend ordered chili cheese tots and there wasn't enough tots or chili barely any cheese. I don't know how you guys do business but this wasn't it. Do better."

"I did an online order on the 27th of October after having a very exhausting day at work had to uber from work to this location I placed my order online it was a chicken combo fries a sprite and a Chilli cheese coney add jalapeños I get home my food is cold not evan loop warm couldn't turn around that would've cost me more uber money I didn't have gave it to my kids they warmed it up I call spoke with an employee name Derrick he apologized took my name gave me his that was that .which brings me to today November 12 I uber back to this same location for a replacement order again I get the dame issue my food is not hot and having to sit in line more than 5 mins I work fast food to qt jack in the box overnight and if I'm gone have someone wait in a long line due shortage of employees they food gone be hot I pay my money I expect hot food 1st time okay understandable but twice it's not acceptable"

"I do ride share full time and spend a lot of hours behind the wheel. I spend a lot of money at places like this for meal breaks. I’ve NEVER been denied use of the bathroom, before. Wouldn’t you like to wash your hands before you eat? Carhop was great but manager threw him under the bus. Nice job, manager! You just lost my business."

"Yep I agree with the other 0-1 star review. This location is a joke. I went through the drive thru, ordered, pulled up to pay - and I will say I thought it was super odd that they shut the window while they ran my card. I pay get my food and head home. An hour later I get a notification that my card is charged for the exact same amousonic while i’m at home. So I call and you can clearly tell it’s a bunch of kids that work there. I explain what happened and the young girl definitely doesn’t care. So I ask for the manager she proceeds to say the manger isn’t available. I ask for the managers name and she clearly stutters (because she’s lying). I end up being told that the extra charge will fall off. Guess what, here we are over a month later and not 1 but 3 calls to corporate and still no refund. My last call with corporate they said the owner called to offer a replacement meal but I didn’t answer. First of all they never called second of all if they did call why wouldn’t they leave a voicemail?! As someone who grew up in the Sonic capital this location is just a let down. There’s one not far from this one go there."

"The service was fast. But the food was not fresh. The onion ring inside burger was soggy and over cooked. The handicapped parking is not back. Very nice sonic."
