"I'm sorry, I used to love this place but it must have changed owners. They have fresh food at lunch but at supper the food was left over from lunch because I was only customer. I was sad. Creamed spinach had no flavor. No coke in serve yourself drink machine. But no sign on machine saying that. I won't be back to this location."

"I was debating Dickies or SpringCreek BBQ for lunch. I should have gone with Springsteen BBQ. For the amount of money I paid for 2, 2 meat plates, the food was tough and overcooked and not a lot of it. I ended up having a cup o noodle soup for lunch."

"The fries okra had been fried twice so it was hard as rocks. I ordered a side of brisket Mac n Cheese and received beans instead the beans were not even warm. The sausage was supposed to be regular and I got a combo of spicy and macaroni stuffed sausage"

"Well I will start by saying I haven’t eaten dickeys in quite some time and I never write reviews!Decided I wanted brisket and this was close (1.8 miles from my house). Ordered 2 meat plate with fries and Mac and cheese. Food was literally at the window when I pulled up after ordering. Payed and we were on our way. Opened my box to have some fries and they weren’t there. Went down the road came back and explained I didn’t have fries. They were quick gave me some fries and some complimentary Banana pudding. Thought that was awesome but that’s where it went down hill. Got home and the fries were warmish, and the smallest amount of brisket for 16.99 was in the box. There was a hunk of flavorless white meat with a few smaller pieces in the mix, almost like it had been boiled rather than smoked/bbq. The fat was stringy and gross. The roll was ok, the Mac and cheese was ok for being a cafeteria tasting Mac and cheese. I paid $22.18 for all of that and got to enjoy a roll…. The “bbq” is going to the trash and I’m going to whataburger so I can have some food. I haven’t eaten the banana pudding yet but it was free so if it’s trash I can’t complain!"

"I bought a baked potato with brisket on top and paid 13$ for it from door dash...there was barely any meat on it and half the meat was fat!... Ordered a sweet tea and it wasnt sweet at all! Seems like they dont even try to satisfy customers...shoulda known...theres more bad reviews for tgis store than good ones...will never order from there again!! Stay away from this store! You will surely be very disappointed!"
