"If I order a large shake I would expect the cup to be filled to the top and with everything that is supposed to come with it. Unless I request for something to be taken out but I don't expect to get a medium in a large cup. Otherwise I would have gotten a medium"
"I ask for a strawberry frozen lemonade and everytime i get a regular frozen lemonade. Any other sonic will make what I ask BUT THIS ONE. they bring an excuse up that that isn't what i ordered so them fixing it will be an extra cost. Plus the girl taking my order gave awful tone in the speaker. Pulling up to the window i could hear the employees yelling at eachother and just being non professional."
"Rolled up for 50 cent corn dogs, was told they were completely out. Ordered just 5 burgers, nothing special instead. Waited 30 minutes. Guy rolls up next to me in the next stall while I'm waiting, orders corndogs. They magically exist now. 38 minutes of waiting for 5 burgers, they missed one so had to wait an additional 15 for it, and lied to about what I originally went there for."
"Service was slow, food was over cooked, the order was wrong. No napkins provided. Staff was careless about issues brought up. Picture is supposed to be of a chicken sandwich"
