"Your customer service needs work. I understand you hire young people but please train them correctly. When we walked in, they just stood there talking and no one greeted us. When they finally acknowledged us, they didn't even speak, it was just simply, "what do you want." this happened with the two young ladies at the front counter, one could barely speak English and she was just plain rude. The other, who speaks English well, was argumentative and defensive when I called her out on the poor service. "We're very busy with customers" she said, and my friend and I were like, what are we? She didn't seem to care that we were customers too. When we said, never mind, we'll go elsewhere, she smirked and said "have a nice day" I'm sorry, but I'd rather drive a little further, maybe the one on Hulen, because their service was way better. Again, to the owner/manager of this establishment, train your employees to appreciate and value all customers. I will NOT be returning to this location, and it is literally walking distance from where I work."
"New, clean, fast, and a friendly staff. Of course the food is perfect. On this occasion, the orange chicken hit the spot. Keep up the good work."
