"Drive-thru was very slow. Waited 15 minutes to get food. Caesar salad had soggy black lettuce."

"The avocado turkey BLT sandwiches were super yummy. It's stacked high, so fresh, and the bread is great. Then the 10 vegetable soup, which I was worried that the guys would not care for was delicious and everyone loved it."

"Went to get a bread bowl with soup and the top inch of the container for soup was empty. The taste was still good but really surprised by the lack of a full bowl of soup for my meal. I have it another shot but how can you be out of bread bowls at 5:30 in the afternoon when you close at 9:30. This happens all the time. Doubt o will go back to this location."

"I went to this location just for coffee and some pastries and ordered in the kiosk at the entrance. My husband and I grabbed our coffee and sat down. We were sitting for like 12 min when we realized that they hadn’t called us for our pastries. Mind you the pastries are already there just to serve. I go and wait for my turn. I waited for 10 minutes. And the employee a young girl is walking back and forth never even acknowledged me standing there or said “I’ll be right with you” nothing. She had an attitude. So when she was done helping the gentleman. I stood there thinking she’s about to ask me next… and nope she continued to walk towards the back and that’s when I said excuse me can I get my pastries I ordered 20 min ago. And she didn’t say a word and grabbed my pastries and gave them to me with an attitude. Another pregnant lady came from the back like she had just woken up. They all looked unhappy. There were multiple people complaining in the time I was there. The place was dirty and trash everywhere. Bathrooms looked dirty, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 2-3 days. The coffee area looked filthy."
