"What a fabulous experience! I stopped in for lunch having heard mixed reviews about price versus experience and I can confidently say, “you have to come to F1.” I sat at the bar and Sean the bartender was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Every staff member I encountered was smiling even though I may not have addressed them. The Cuban sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and the Tots were cooked perfectly and tossed in their signature rub. The meals I saw people enjoying looked fantastic and the portions were absolutely worth the price. The cocktail list was amazing. I guess if I could find one thing that I would criticize, the beer selection could use some more pizazz. I will absolutely be back to F1 for many more meals."

"Fantastic. Can’t think of another sit-down bbq place that serves composed dishes in DFW, so it’s a bit of a unique experience. Everything we had was delicious. The chopped brisket sandwich was full of big chunks of meat and was a generous size. The brisket meal also had plenty of meat, and the truffle potato salad was a real standout. Both desserts were also worth getting even though we didn’t think we had room for them. Will be back to try the rest of the menu soon!"
