"This is from the sycamore school road location. Ordered the new chocolate covered strawberry shake. They gave me a vanilla shake chocolate shavings. I called them back and told them they had made a mistake. They came back with the same damn thing but had added a little strawberry flavoring. No whipped cream toppings or anything. These guys are clueless. How do u mess up a shake - twice?"

"This is the rudest location i have ever been to. I literally live right nearby and prefer to go all the way to the other locations. I only come here ever so often for a single drink, and they never fail to be so rude. The second you pull into the drive thru, their tone of voice is rude. They treat you like an absolute inconvenience, and don't ever smile. I barely ever see people here, and i completely understand why. Do not recommend coming to this location unless you want a nasty attitude and trash food from them."

"I came here yesterday to get drinks and I decided to also get some mozzarella sticks. I got the 6 piece so my friend and I can share. I ordered through the app and I even left a tip. When I get my order, I ask if I can have 2 marinara sauces. The girl working the window said she couldn’t give them to me because I already had some in my bag. I showed her that I clearly had zero marinara sauces. So she hands me one sauce. I ask for another and she says that it will cost me 22¢. I pay for the sauce, but is it really that serious? Is the sauce coming out of the employees checks??"
