"Very disappointed in this location. Neither the food nor the speed and quality of service are up to the normal Dairy Queen par. I went through the drive thru at exactly 1pm today with only 1 car in front of me. Order an one adult burger combo and one kids chicken tender meal. Pulled up to the window and paid at 1:04pm. At this time, I was asked to pull forward because they were still waiting on the two chicken tenders for the kids' meal. I pull around and wait another TEN minutes. I then have to walk inside to find out how much longer two single chicken tenders would take to cook. I have to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to walk by to address my missing order. It was the same girl from the drive-thru. I ask how much longer and also inform her that if it was much longer OR my food comes out and it is not hot, I would just like a refund. She goes to the back and returns almost immediately with my food. I open it to check the temperature of the food. The first and only thing I needed to check was the onion ring order I had, which costs extra. These were, at best, tepid. I informed her, and she rebuts that they JUST came out of the fryer. I let her know I have many years in the food industry, and either they were not just made OR she has cold oil in the fryers. I asked for a refund, which was given. I leave at 1:20 with nothing. COMPLETE waste of time. Someone needs to come and fix this mess of DQ operations. I immediately crossed the street to Chicken Express. Order place at 1:25. I both paid for and received my food at 1:28....and it was HOT! Three minutes from order time to driving off. Do better, Dairy Queen!"

"I wanted to order a blizzard so like a normal person I went to the counter and waited. After standing there for 15 min while one of their employees walked up, rang himself up a blizzard and then walked away and went and sat down in the restaurant I was a little disappointed. I then asked the kid if I should go tell them I wanted to order or if he would, his answer “I’m sure someone will be with you in a minute” then went back to eating his own blizzard. Needless to say I didn’t get my blizzard tonight. Save your time and go across the street to Sonic instead. At least the kids there don’t need an excuse to provide poor service. That’s right, this DQ has a sign that basically says, “our kids suck and we know it, give them a break.”"

"Terrible service and terrible food. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. We clarified multiple times that the spicy patty melt we ordered needed to have the spicy ranch on the side and that we did not want extra ranch. When I received the receipt after payment, it verified they in fact charged us for extra ranch and did not have the order correct. They handed us our ice cream first without any spoons. While we corrected the patty melt issue, our ice cream sat there melting. They did not offer our change back on the ranch but we had to request it. We ordered a chili cheese dog that did not come with cheese and had to request for cheese to be added. We received the patty melt not toasted, the jalapeños were soggy. We had to request spoons and forks for the food as well as napkins. The boy running the window looked to around 12 years old and handed us the spoons with his hands over the portion you put in your mouth. The chicken tenders and fries for our daughter’s meal were cold and upon getting home we realized the hot dog for the chili cheese dog was raw and uncooked. We will never return to this location."

"11 dollars is a lot for two anemic strips and a bunch of breading nuggets. It was supposed to be a 6 piece tender basket but i guess this is what dairy queen thinks is appropriate. The sign asking people to be nice to the staff kinda set the precedent. Might as well just put up a sign that says "bad service and tiny portions is the best we can do" Very disappointed. And yes the service was bad, no im not going to apply. Put your phones away and do your job."

"Do not go here I was excited when they built this here but now it’s not worth my money. My most recent visit disgusted me. First the employees were all lounging around talking and laughing not working at all. I ordered Jalitos along with other food and they were super old and I asked if they could remake them and he asked why!!! I pulled them out the bag and told him they were old and dried out along with the fries and the look on his face told it all. Stop allowing these teens to work with no adult supervision because they can care less about someone else’s food or money. I saw him and another teen in the back talking about how I wanted my food remade fresh and you can tell they were instantly mad. Thats not all, so when they came back with my remade food it looked like they just refried the old ones and gave them back to me. I left a picture so y’all can tell me what y’all think. Mind you I had to turn around a block away when I realized they were old. So yeah if you are hungry and want fast food pass by this place and go else where. (Not all the food was old but majority of it was and I only went for Jalitos and fries."
