"I ordered. I paid. I was given my drinks. I was asked to park and was told that they would proceed to bring me my order. After waiting for at least 15-20 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer. The dining area was closed, but fortunately, a couple of off duty workers had left the door open while they were conversing outside. I go inside.I ask for my order, and I get surprised looks. It appears that they had forgotten my order. After about 5 minutes of them trying to figure out what happened, I offered them the opportunity to return my money. Fortunately, they did. But not without charging me for the drink. P.S I went to a different fast food place not far from here, and I went through the drive thru, ordered, and had my meal in less than 10 minutes. P.S.S I don't put all the blame on the workers. They were clearly overworked and overwhelmed. Much of the fault lies with the franchise owner."
"I ordered my food through to be picked up in the drive through via the Jack in the Box app, at 11:23PM, on a Tuesday night. The app and Google both said the restaurant was open 24 hours. However, upon arriving, I was greeted with an empty building, and as such did not get my food. The next day I returned to inquire about this, and the staff told me they close early on certain days. If that is the case, perhaps one should update the schedule so that potential customers do not experience this problem."
"1st of all, I get it......it's Jack in the Box, not a Michelin rated restaurant. With that being said, growing up in SoCal I remember the 2 tacos for 99 cents and I enjoyed them. Now, living in NJ it has been a very long time since I've had them. Stopped by here around 3 pm, the lobby wasn't open, ok. Went drive- thru and we had one order of the 2 tacos, ordered loaded mini tacos and jalapeño poppers. The poppers were good, the mini tacos came out plain instead of loaded and you can look at the picture to see how the regular tacos were."
