"It says it’s open for dine in, but when you get there, they say only take out. Then it’s 30-40 min of waiting when other long John silvers are quick!! Maybe instead of singing and giggling, get to work and have better customer service"
"Get all the way home and upset that I asked for double fries and they give me cole slaw.The person even repeated it, and still messed up! Then they have the nerve to ask you to pull forward and they'll bring it to you. Check your orders. Next time I'll sit there and wait."
"Bad service, called because my food wasn't done and they over charged my hubby . Just letting then know and she saids we close in 5 minutes if you can get here I will remake your food. Bad customer service"
"I usually park my truck and trailer about 1/4 mile away and walk here because its the only truck parking. The last time I walked over dodging cars and through the street people and stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone would come up. Then I was informed that the drive through line was backed up (it was lunch time) and it would be a while before they could take my order. So the high bmi people sitting on their derrieres in their cars in the AC will take presidence over any person to person counter action. If you had to walk in then the drive through will come first. I will never give them my business again. Plenty of other restaurants in the area."
"Bad bad customer service!!!! Horrible sounds better. Went through drive thru, lady had an attitude. Once I get to the window, lady was rude, didn’t greet or anything. I wanted to slap her silly but held back. My plate looked like they just threw everything in there at once. I paid for my food, this is not no handout. Their customer service is the worse by far. NEED NEW CREW"
