"Food is OK but small portions and overpriced if you don't have a discount ready... And please, PLEASE get rid of the AI drive thru nonsense. It is so, so, so annoying I hate having to ask for my mobile order three freaking times to speak to someone who actually has a brain. Awful, awful idea to bring that in."

"I went in with my bf to eat in during my lunch because I work near here. It was empty when we walked in minus one person eating and when we walked up to the counter the short older worker just kept looking at us. She did not address us, she said absolutely nothing until I made direct eye contact with her because she wasn't acknowledging us and that's when she asked what we wanted. The whole interaction was weird she was weirdly aggressive when she was asking us what kind of sides we wanted. And when we paid she didn't even give us a chance to let her know we wanted drinks. She had already started ringing us up and trying to charge us when we had to interrupt her and let her know. She also did not hand us the drink cup and didn't let us know that we needed to grab it until we asked and very rudely said "grab it". Like girl bye. Food was okay. It's Panda Express I'm not expecting 5 star food or 5 star service but damn these workers have attitude problems."

"It's Panda Express, it's like the McD of Asian food. That said most of the time this location is on point with the food they do have available. Most of the time when we order they don't have most of what we had to order and substitutions have to be made, it's always a pain. One would hope that they would have menu items available or notify you within the app or website when substitutions might have to be made. Also since the implementation of AI at the box you have to go in to pickup your order, train the AI model to be able to handle mobile."

"Solid 4 stars. Usually there is a wait on a popular item… I get it, everything is fresh, but there is always a wait on super greens lol. OR on occasion, your favorite entree is just not available. The AI ordering is GREAT. Take it a step further and let me pay at the window with a machine."

"The staff at this location were friendly and worked fast to serve you. The food was constantly coming out hot and fresh. The dining area was a bit full so you can tell it was a busy lunch rush. once the people cleared out the staff reacted quickly and cleaned the lobby up from the mess that was made."
