"Usually don't have issues here but placed online ordered for a side of chips and guac with my meal. Offended that I got the smallest chip size available for $4.55 Guac also had the inedible avocado stem. Upset by the quality and portion size."
"Don't know if Chipotle has anyone monitoring reviews cause clearly marketing and management are NOT paying attention to this establishment. Lobby is closed at 8:27 pm on a Friday night. Left dirty. Maybe no one wanted to clean so they decided to close it? Don't have certain food items because availabe because it "wasn't prepped earlier" which as busy as this location is, why can't more food be made? Food line was dirty and guacamole looked it hadn't been touched all day, was already changing color. I mean If y'all don't care to work and keep this establishment open then WHY APPLY FOR THE JOB. Your in the service food industry. Clean and maintain the place because Chipotle claims and markets "Fresh real food" which for the price is what you expect and this place just does not deliver the promise! I will drive 20-25 minutes to the next Chipotle location and advise y'all to do the same"
"I’m usually not someone to complain about food or to write a review about it but I paid $15 for a double chicken bowl and the chicken portion was so incredible small. I feel like Chipotle has gone downhill completely when it come to portion sizes. It’s just not justifiable anymore."
"Definitely bad experience. We were waiting at the window for our pickup order and the man at the window asks us what the name for the order is 2 times, and we proceeded to wait there for 30 minutes. A girl goes to the window and starts asking about our order , we show her proof of it and turns out they gave our order out to some random person without verifying details! And they explain they ran out of white rice so if we want brown rice or a refund because they close in 30 minutes.This was an 86$ order!!"
