"I was here visiting family and they were one of the few places proudly open on Thanksgiving day. I ordered just after 9 PM over 70 dollars worth of food through Uber and had two different drivers quit on me due to the waiting times for the food. Thankfully, the 3rd driver got off and spoke with staff to see what was happening. They told the driver that my order had been picked up by the previous driver and that they couldn't do anything about it, even though it still showed on the app as if it was still being made. I spoke with Uber support and they confirmed that my previous drivers hadn't picked up any order and Uber cancelled my order for me, full refund at 10:08 PM. We live less that 10 min away and we're hungry, so we jumped into the car and drove straight over. Waiting at the red light to turn into the shopping center where this place was located we could see inside the store where employees were wandering around with lights on inside. When we get to the drive through everything is off. Not a single soul to be found anywhere and nowhere was it posted that their hours had suddenly changed. Given the series of events we all collectively assumed the workers took it upon themselves to close because they just didn't want to bother any more with providing service. So not only did they turn away multiple Uber drivers and lie about my missing order, which I can strongly assume they didn't even make, but with that same attitude they pretend to not be open well over an hour before their 12 AM close time. If you didn't want to work thanksgiving then don't take the shift. Thank you Whataburger employees for taking our order with a smile at 11:21 PM. *Edit*Just came back from reading other reviews, and WOW!! Corporate/Management just DOES NOT CARE. There's MONTHS worth of bad reviews and obviously horrendously problematic employees. I knew I would never come back to this location but I infinitely more happy knowing I dodged a bullet. And no management, I don't want to reach out to you at your website so you can "make this right." You're all gross for letting this continue. !!!DO BETTER!!!"

"I came in to buy hamburger but first I really needed to use the restroom. I go to the door and it's locked. I'm told that I can't use the restroom unless I buy something so I left. I'm not going to buy something from a PUBLIC PLACE that holds my access to the bathroom hostage. They have no idea if I have a medical condition or other emergency. Boo on you JinB. Do better"

"Went to get 2 munchie meals and when I arrived at the window the lady in the drive-through reminder order off to me and I told her it was wrong she was missing items and she proceeded to give me an attitude about it at which point she slammed the window in my face. Manager came up and tried to make things right. However when I got home my mom found a curly hair in her cheese. I will NOT be going back."

"This particular Jack in the crack is an example of why people call it by such warm nicknames. I believe this place only stays open cause its never closed unless you come late at night and the drive thru attendent tells you the system is down or some bs, then its closed for some arbitrary time frame. I was once told an hour so i went down the street and they were open but would not respond at the drive thru. Definitly a meal of last resort. they have in one way or the other messed up every order I've ever gotten not to mention I usually get my order with the coldest service this side of the funeral parlor but don't blame them , id probably be a grump to if you worked in a shack all day making burgers. I guess the fast service goes with fast food but it's not ever fast, they made me wait 30 mins on the drive thru last night so I guess by fast service I mean they shove ur food at you throw your change and get you out of their hair but man yiur gonna wait for them fries at 4am. ***(UPDATE)***** So my girl brought me jack in the box...
